Access Control

An efficient working environment demands the highest degree of openness and flexibility with the fewest possible obstacles, while at the same time ensuring reasonable precautions against risks. The solution to these apparently contradictory demands is offered by different forms of technical protection, in which a key role is played by access control.

RFID technologies enhance user convenience,, and help to build a system that is highly resistant to counterfeit media.

The RFID Proximity Access System provides controlled access to premises by means of high-security transponder card technology.  These are similar to credit cards in size and appearance, or other forms and shapes such as key-rings, tags, and/or wrist watches, no physical contact is required with the reader for the card to be scanned.

Wherever a higher level of security is required, biometric identification should be the first choice. With their affordability and range of integration possibilities, finger print readers often represent the best option.

Biometric identification is becoming increasingly functional and widely used. Finger print recognition is currently the most popular such technology. The use of a finger print verification unit depends on the special requirements of each individual environment: From general use to use in special security sensitive situations , they can be used alone or combined with cards.
